TestDirector 8.0 (TD) opens in IE prompts the RPC server is unavailable

Prompt "The RPC server is unavailable" when the client is logged on.

After you open TestDirector Checker on the server and check all, the application server prompts failed, which describes "RPC servers not available."

There is still a problem after reloading TD, and finally it is discovered that the service "DCOM Server Process Launcher" did not start by comparing the services that were started on the server with the services on another computer.

TD resumes normal after the service "DCOM Server Process Launcher" is started.
