TextArea fixed size and no drag in the browser

HTML tags textarea in most browsers, specifying the row (rows) and column (COLS) properties allows you to specify the size of the textarea, but the size does not change, but a better approach is to use the height and width properties of the CSS, but CHROME,SAF Ari and Firefox render different effects, you can drag the lower right corner of the icon to change the size. However, excessive drag size can affect the layout of the page and make the page look ugly. You can disable dragging by adding the following two styles, fixed size:

1: Completely disable drag (recommended)

Resize:none;

2: Just fixed size, the drag icon in the lower right corner is still in

width:200px;

height:200px;

max-width:200px;

max-height:200px;
