The Agile Retrospective Meeting

The retrospective meeting at the end of each iteration cycle was just beginning for me, and I was thinking about what I got from the retrospective. What the whole team got.

First of all, the Review Conference is a review, followed by a summary. The topics we summarize in the company include "Good point TOP3", "Bad Point top3", "Lessons Learned", "points and measures that can be improved". Before the meeting all the brothers feedback, at which everyone reviews at the meeting, the comments expressed, the bad place to put forward measures to avoid or guarantee. Why the good, the bad are only 3 points, today finally get feedback from PL, for the good side, we can not have the energy to learn all, we only need to set the best aspects, and the bad side, the same, only the most serious point of improvement. For individuals, can be combined with their own situation, to improve, to improve.

Second, how the team focuses, how to improve and improve. We always put forward many kinds of improvement measures, and then to the back of the iteration can not be implemented, and finally the end of the matter, which may be relatively tight time, or unexpected events and other reasons for the implementation of the wrong measures. However, we should stick to the next iteration, continue to follow the implementation, and even optimize our approach based on the actual situation.
