The Android hover window is only displayed on all interfaces of the app

> windows that are implemented with WindowManager are displayed on the screen while the app is in the background. After implementing the requirements of the hover window function:

(a) Place the MyView added in the AddView () method of the WindowManager object in the custom application class declaration (static) and add the Get () set () method.
