Workaround:
1, start-run--regedit.exe, open Registry Editor, delete the following two keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock
Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\winsock2
2, find C:\Windows\inf\nettcpip.inf file This file is a TCP/IP protocol file, remember this location, for a while useful;
3, Control Panel, network and internet-> Network and Sharing Center, change adapter settings, right-click Local Area Connection, properties

First select tcp/ipv6-> Install-----
Browse to find the file path in step 2nd find Nettcpip.inf OK and select "Tcp/ipv6"

Repeat the same operation for the IPv4 protocol, and finally select Tcp/ipv4:
tcp/ipv4-> installation, add-on, install-and-install from disk, and then in the path
Browse to find the file path in step 2nd, Nettcpip.inf then select "Tcp/ipv4"

Then right-click Computers, services, services and applications----right-click on the Apple Mobile device-> right clicking on the option, start

Plug in your device, open itunes, Finish!
