The application of agricultural land classification results

I have to write it down first. The last time I wrote my opinion on the classification results, I thought that after I had done the classified conversion work, this time I was doing the general rule research.

The overall perception is that agricultural land classification has a significant significance and has a profound impact. It is one of the most effective criteria for evaluating agricultural land quality in China and has a wide range of application fields. This is closely related to the classification index system. Data collection involves a wide range of natural, social, and economic aspects, and can clearly serve as the data basis for other fields. However, the real work is not as beautiful as you think in advance. At present, the national achievements have not yet been completed, so the national general rules cannot be applied. Most of the provincial achievements (more than 20) have been completed, so the achievements can be used; the county-level achievements are progressing well, almost all of which have been completed or are being completed, and can be basically applied. This limits the application scope of agricultural land classification results-application at the prefecture-level, city-level, or county-level. At the provincial level, the provinces of Hebei, Henan, and Hubei are quite advanced, and the provincial general rules are more or less applied to the classification results.

Henan uses the classification results to make the provincial general rules that involve quality evaluation. In my opinion, this will allow us to well grasp the partition Control Scale, classify and control the farmland in the basic farmland (or farmland) Protected Area, and set the scheme based on local conditions. We can determine the start time of the farmland development and sorting project area; can be estimated; can effectively determine the lower position indicators; can ensure that the overall land fertility after Planning adjustment is not reduced; and so on.

County-level achievements have been widely used. Hebei has carried out a lot of experiments to find the law that county-level achievements apply to general rules. At present, the county-level general rules are low-level general rules. We need to consider the development direction of the central urban area and only consider the quality of agricultural land. It is difficult to make a good overall rule. This level of application is a hot topic, and almost all the experts in the country are engaged in hot research. However, we disagree with each other about how to use it. I think the direct application of classification results is not suitable at this level, and of course it is not so absolute-it can still be used directly for estimation and implementation evaluation, because most applications are not purely quality problems, it also involves social and economic issues. In particular, the rationality of the layout may be the top priority of development in recent years. It is important to grasp the rigid and elastic scale. Of course, I have not yet found a 10 thousand strategy to solve the layout problem, so I do not want to fight. To put it simply, city development must have its own characteristics. The east, the middle, and the West have their own advantages, so it is not feasible to stick to others' "success" development models. The application of classification results should also be tailored to local conditions, the application of results can only improve the effectiveness of the planning, but cannot restrain development.

Some people say that county-level classification results are applied to the general rules of villages and towns. Someone immediately opposed how the achievements at the county level (yuan) could be used for the village level (yuan? I also support the latter. In addition, the classification result is a macro achievement, and the village-level application is of little significance. In addition, the land quality changes in villages and towns are not great, if the classification evaluation method is not enough, more factors need to be added to evaluate the land quality level in a small range (large scale.
