The first step:

Create a new Web project

Put bootstrap downloaded files into Web-inf, under the Lib directory, create a new bootstrap file:

Step Two:

Create a new index.jsp file that introduces the Css.js and Bootstrap used:

Note here to cache the <! DOCTYPE html>

Step Three:

Load the required components into the body:

Run on the Tomcat server:

Fourth step: Tomcat's 8080 port is occupied, modifying the Tomcat file:

Then restart Eclipse.

Add the required tomcat when running in a project in Java.
