The art of name for the sprint in the scrum Development Mode

• Sprint1 --- "the big con"
• Sprint2 --- "Breakout"
• Sprint3 --- "hours to doom day"
• Sprint4 --- "the big end"
• Sprint5 --- "The Dragon Warrior"

Those who are familiar with Garrison's death squad will be very excited, because we have used the names of several episodes of "Garrison's death squad". The reason why we chose "Garrison's death squad" is as follows: I think this team has a good team leader -----
Captain Garison and members with their own strengths: thieves, chiefs, playmates, robbers... They have made full use of their strengths and completed many unimaginable tasks. Such a team is too much for the software development team!

• Sprint1 --- "no fraud (The big con)"

For the first time we adopted scrum, we were very much looking forward to this agile process. At the same time, we were very vague about how to do it and how to use it.

• Sprint2 --- "jailbreak note (Breakout)

After the first sprint, everyone was very energetic and morale was high. We thought we could make a major breakthrough (breakout) in the second sprint)

• Sprint3 --- "hours to doom day )"

There are many technical difficulties in this sprint that need to be cracked. If they cannot be solved, the subsequent work will not be able to be carried out and will be a critical battle.

• Sprint4 --- "the big end )"

This scheduled meeting, as a scrum master, failed to attend because of something, Khan! We all think that our work is almost finished, and the ending name is given.

• Sprint5 --- "The Dragon Warrior )"

As it turns out, the previous sprint4 was too optimistic. We still need a sprint to complete all the work, including bug fixing, documentation, and so on .... During that period, the "Kung Fu pandatv" was played. After sprint4 was over, we suggested that you go to the movies in this team building, envy! )..... When the movie came back, the "The Dragon Warrior (X-Dragon Warrior)" was awarded to sprint5.

After more than half a year, project a has finally ended successfully!

In fact, while project a was running, we subsequently kick off another Project B. I am still a scrum master, but the members have changed. Based on the good practice of the sprint name in Project A, we also named the sprint in Project B. When we see the name, we will naturally think of it as 007, Olympics, and so on... :)

• Sprint1 --- "Golden Eye" Golden Eye

It doesn't make any special sense. Everyone thinks that Project A has used "Garrison dare to die", so it's better to use the 007 series.

• Sprint2 --- "live and let die" Life and death

Because the demand is too unclear, and we do not know whether we can continue to do so, we have expressed a feeling of optimism .... Facts have proved that everyone is right. I ended the sprint during the sprint, because I really can't do it anymore :)

• Sprint3 --- "You only live twice" death by day

We are not optimistic, but we are still live. What you want to express is: we can no longer fail this sprint!

• Sprint4 --- "The Matrix revolution" <matrix revolution> 〉

The situation is good, and everyone is so angry! We are determined to make a big change!

• Sprint5 --- "One World One Dream"

There is nothing to say about the Olympic month. keep up with the times!

This Project B will continue until next year, and we will continue to stick to this practice!

To sum up, in the scrum development mode, the name of the sprint is still artistic and also beneficial:
