This error occurs when a user downloads a RAR package on the website.

Solution 1: Open the web. config file of the website and modify the following node values:

<Configuration> <system. webServer> <security> <requestFiltering <span style = "BACKGROUND-COLOR: #33ff33"> allowDoubleEscaping = "True" </span>/> </security> </system. webServer> </configuration>

Solution 2: In the file window, enter % windir % \ system32 \ inetsrv \ config \ applicationhost. config to open the system configuration file.

Modify the <requestFiltering> node as follows <requestFiltering allowDoubleEscaping = "true">
