The border=1 is set in table, and the actual effect is a 2px problem

The solution to this problem is to set the table's CSS to {border-collapse:collapse;border:none;}, and then set the TD css to {border:solid #000 1px;}.
The above method is really implemented. But my classmates asked me to set the border-collapse:collapse allow the border to merge, so that we can only set this sentence to achieve the function, and then after the test, in Firefox did realize, but not in IE and chrome to achieve. The original Border:none, and the settings on the CD are just for compatibility.
