The CHM help file downloaded from the Internet cannot be opened.

My machine is installed with the Windows Server 2008 operating system. It is highly secure.

 

 

 

I downloaded a CHM help document online. The result cannot be opened.

Symptom:

When it is enabled, a security warning is prompted, prompting:Files from the Internet may help you, But this file type may be your computer. If you do not believe the source, do not open the software.

After the CHM directory is opened, the contents on the right are displayed.The navigation to the webpage has been canceled.

When selecting another directoryPrompt: The address is invalid!

 

 

Solution:

Right-click the CHM document to view properties ------> General -----> There IsSecurity: this file is from another computer and may be blocked to help protect it.There isUnlock.

Click unlock ---> the application is ready!
