The detailed steps are as follows:
1. Modify ipenablerouter in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/comm/TCPIP/parms of the S1 registry to 1.
2. Modify disabledonboot in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/comm/connectionsharing of the S1 registry to 0 and enableaddresstranslation to 1. Privateinterface is connected to the PC. (You can view the name of the S1 NIC ).
3. Restart S1 and connect the PC to S1. Run the ping command in the PC to test the connection to the S1 Nic.
Click "start"> "Connect"> "show all connections". A "local connection *" (* indicates a number) is displayed ). Enter the TCP/IP attribute of the connection and make the following settings:
IP Address: 169.254.2.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
Unauthorized Access Gateway: 169.254.2.1
Preferred DNS: 168. 95.1.1 (or 192.168.1.1)
Note: If you have multiple NICs, it is best to stop all other NICs.
4. S1 first connects to WiFi and then plug in the USB cable. Internet Explorer is enabled on the PC!
