Hardware failure

View the switch's LEDs, power supplies, connections, and whether the switch is operating properly.

Set up a fault

① Check the IP address of the switch. How the switch sets an IP address that is not on the same network segment, deletes it, or sets an IP address on the same network segment as the other device.

②vlan set up the problem. The different ports of the switch belong to different VLANs, so there is a situation where the VLAN is removed or modified to the same VLAN.
