1, open the path c:/windows/system32;

2, find "rundll32.exe" file, right key to select attributes;

3, switch to the "Security" tab;

4, click the "Edit" button;

5, check "Full Control", click OK;

6, through a U disk from another normal use of the computer copy c:/windows/system32 path of the Rundll32 file, and paste into the same directory to replace it.
