The configuration file in phpMyAdmin now requires a top secret phrase password Solution

'Blowfish _ secret' uses any string as the Cookie's encrypted string. If there is no encryption key, the system will display "the configuration file needs a top secret phrase password (blowfish_secret)". The configuration is as follows:
