I have installed the Oracle 11g Database Service on my PC. I cannot connect to the database through PL/SQL because PLSQL does not have a 64-bit version, an error is reported when you connect to a 64-bit Oracle Database Using 32bit PLSQL. The first method is to install a 32-bit oracle client tool instantclient for conversion, the second type of plsql cannot be installed in the directory name containing parentheses (). After the Oracle11g is correctly installed, you must install the Oracle10G client tool. There are two solutions:

1. Download the installation version

Download the Oracle10G client or the client tool installed in oracle10g,

1. Download the oracle client

Download instantclient-basic-win32-10.2.0.5.zip: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/winsoft-085727.html

2. Install instantclient

Decompress the installation package instantclient-basic-win32-10.2.0.5.zip, and decompress the Directory: D: \ Program Files \ destination files \ oracleclient

Create a Directory D: \ Program Files \ destination files \ oracleclient \ NETWORK \ ADMIN

3. Copy tnsnames. ora

Copy the tnsnames. ora file under the D: \ oracle \ product \ 11.2.0 \ dbhome_1 \ NETWORK \ ADMIN directory to the D: \ ProgramFiles \ destination files \ oracleclient \ NETWORK \ ADMIN directory

4. Configure the oracle directory and oci. dll file of plsql.
