Second, create a new layer, use the Pen tool (shortcut key p) to draw a closed path to a scale shape and then convert to a selection, with a lower-hardness brush tool (shortcut B) applying white and RGB values of 9, 8, and 4 to black in the selection, as shown in Figure 02.

Third, execute the "filter → twist → ocean ripple" command on the menu bar, set as shown in Figure 03.
