Create an Excel table that requires a date time in the table to be normalized. Automatically converts the date format "20141201" to "December 01, 2014" as shown in the figure

Select "20141201" that needs to be converted to date, and choose "Format cells" with the right mouse button.

In the Format cells text box that jumps out, select the custom item under the Number tab.

In the Format Cells text box, fill out the type as "### #年 # #月 # #日.
