Solution:

The newly attached database needs to be set by the owner to establish the database diagram. The following steps are available for reference:

Select "Adventureworks2012lt", right-click, select "Properties", select "File" page, click "Owner" button to the right, click "Browse" button, select the currently logged in user or "[SA]".
