Android offers two ways to get strings.xml files:

Charsequence getText (int resId): Returns local, styled characters.
String getString (int resId): simply returns a string

Define the resource file in Strings.xml:

<string Name= "Sample_text" >plain, <b>bold</b>, <i>italic</i>, <b><u> Bold-underline</u></b></string>

GetText (r.string. Sample_text);
GetResource (). GetText (r.string. Sample_text);

GetString (r.string. Sample_text);

Styling the definition:
