*activex controls

*activexdll

　　the objects provided by Activexdll run in the same process as the application. an application can create objects, set object properties, and invoke methods of an object. Activexdll generally do not need to establish a user interface.

*activexexe

Activexexe provides objects and applications that run in different processes. after the application creates the object, the method of invoking the object can proceed with its own work. When the object's work is complete, it notifies the application.
