The difference between Strpos (), Stripos (), Strrpos (), Strripos () in PHP

Role:

1. Determine the position of a string in another string





2. Determine if a string contains a string





Strpos ($str, $char), starting on the left, where the character appears, case-sensitive;





Stripos($str, $char), start on the left, where characters appear, are not case sensitive;





Strrpos ($str, $char) start on the right, where characters appear, and are case-sensitive;

Strripos($str, $char) start on the right, where characters appear, not case sensitive;

return value:

If $str contains $char, the corresponding subscript is returned (the subscript starts at 0), otherwise false is returned. However, it is important to note that a string cannot be judged in the following way

if (Stripos ($str, $char)) {}

Because in PHP0==false is true.
