The difference between the models of LI, SI, EI and HI in the H3C switch

LI (Lite software Image) indicates that the device is a weak feature version.
The SI (standard software Image) indicates that the device is a standardized version and contains the underlying features.
EI (Enhanced software Image) indicates that the device is an enhanced version and contains some advanced features.
HI (Hyper software Image) indicates that the device is an advanced version and contains some more advanced features
Z, indicates no upstream interface; (new product does not allow this bit)
G, indicating an upstream gbic interface;
P, indicating upstream SFP interface;
T, indicating upstream RJ45 interface;
V, indicating upstream VDSL interface;
W, which indicates uplink configurable WAN interface;
C, indicating that the upstream interface can be optional;
M, indicating that the upstream interface is a multimode optical port;
S, indicating that the upstream interface is interacting port;
F, which indicates that the downstream interface is a template board, a pluggable interface board or an electrical interface board. Mainly for the compatibility of 3526f,3526ef,3552f and other old products named.
when simultaneous presence, indicates that the upstream interface is compound for multiple interface types
Note: The combo port is not displayed in the naming.

the enhancement features of EI are:
1, support the VLAN based on the protocol;

5, support configuration Prohibit VLAN learning MAC address;
6, support EAD (Endpoint admission Defense, endpoint access defense) rapid deployment;
7, support the application of Option82 in the DHCP snooping function;
8. Support Basic/Advanced ACL (Basic/Advanced ACL defined on S3100-SI series switches can only be used in cases where the upper software is referenced, does not support sending to hardware; ACLs defined on the S3100-EI series switches are referenced and distributed to the hardware by the upper software);
9, support two layer ACL;
10, Support QoS profile;
11, support SSH1 version;
