1, first of all, we need to pull out the girl from the background, open the girl photo and create a selection in any way you like, (I'm using the polygonal lasso tool ' l '), make a small selection, and press the SHILF key to make other choices in the selection. Alternatively, you can press the ALT key to trim the existing selections.

2, click Select > Modify > Feather (or Shift F6), write 0.5 pixels.

3, when you are satisfied with your choice, copy/paste or drag the girl into a 3000px*1800px, resolution 200 of the new file, resize, put her in the lower position, the layer renamed to "Girl", we will often use it later.

4, to make some adjustments to the girl, so that in the final effect she will look more natural. First of all, see the skirt behind a little bit up? A dirty and wet skirt is more of a heavy sense, should be straight down. So select this part of the diagram, perform the filter-> liquefaction, push with the forward deformation tool (W) and the expansion tool (B).
