First put Accessdatabaseengine_ X64.exe unzip, there will be a Aceredist.msi installation file, and then open the MSI with Orca, find launchcondition inside the blockinstallation, delete, save. Now in the run Aceredist.msi, haha, very smooth. After my test, the use is also completely no problem.
