This assumption does not exist!
The buffer zone is written only when the cookie is valid more than the current time and has left the current website.

Is there a way to achieve this? Setting a cookie has an effect. can I clear the cookie by turning it off the browser? otherwise, I will not clear the cookie?
If the validity period is 0, it will not be saved.
