The dongle optimizes mysql, causing the Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) error.

Use dongle to optimize mysql as follows

Then run the following program and report an error.

As a result, I checked the service to see if it was started. As shown in the figure below, we only need to click start.

 

Click Start to start the instance. Then run mysql to check that success is displayed. This string is displayed when the mysql instance is determined to be successful.
