The fingerprint software on my X60 is always unavailable recently. the specific symptom is that the fingerprint was registered before the fingerprint was logged on, but the fingerprint was not registered. when the device is started, the system prompts that the TPM device service is not properly enabled. If the device is locked, the device cannot enter the system until it is unlocked. this problem occurs after I installed the client security solution software. Now I use the Administrator account to log on.
