The iphone (IOS7) can't input Chinese what to do

Method one, restore keyboard dictionary

1. We click on the "Settings" icon on the iphone

2. Then we click on the "General" option in the settings, as shown in the figure

3. Then we found at the bottom of the page of the "Restore" option, click to enter, as shown in the picture

4. Find the "restore keyboard dictionary" as shown in the figure

5. Click "Restore Dictionary" to confirm restore, finally try to enter Chinese, as shown in the picture

Method two, shutdown reboot (reboot may not be but can try)

The 1.iphone shutdown is the same, our iphone's power button and main screen home button until the Shutdown slider appears, as shown in the picture

2. Then slide the slider to turn off the phone and press the power button to restart the IPhone.
