Final effect

1, create a new 2000x1000 pixel layer and fill it with white. Play Ctrl-j to copy the background layer and convert it to a smart object. In this layer, Layer > Noise > Add Noise.

2, press D to set the foreground/background color as the default (black and white). Filter > Sketch > Base highlights.

3, filter > Blur > Motion blur, in order to make ripple effect.

4, copy this layer, using the Free Transform tool (ctrl+t), perspective, as shown in the following figure.

5, use the Cutting tool (C) to select the middle part of the image, delete unnecessary fields. Save this file as a PSD and name it "ripple_ texture" or whatever name you want.

6, create a new 2000x1288 pixel new layer.

7, Open the "Sky 1" image. Rectangular Marquee Tool (M), only choose to use the Sky section.

8, copy the selection of a layer onto the "Sky 1" layer above. Name this layer "sky".

9, copy this layer, and then put the "sky" layer above. Flip vertically by selecting vertical Flip Edit > Transform >. Move down to cover the white part. Name this layer "lake".

10, in order to make the lake ripple effect, filter > Twist > Replacement, and browse our set in step 1 to change the creation of the Ripple file settings, replace the filter to achieve your satisfactory results.

11, in order to have better ripple effect, filter > Blur > Motion blur, change angle and distance value.

12, add masks to the sky. Use a soft round brush black (black soft brush) to soften the boundary between the sky and the lake.

13, in order to make some of the lake looks deep, create a new layer, with a soft brush color #e6af73 and opacity about 30-50%, inside the selection. Change this layer mode to multiply 100%.

14, in order to make the lake look deeper, create a new layer, the soft brush in the selection range painting (#a99580). Set this layer mode to multiply 50%.

15, open the Sky 2 images. Only choose to use the Sky Rectangle Marquee tool.
