The length property of the array and the length () method of the string

array has a length property, no Length () method, such as:

int[] A;

A.lengh; Returns the length of a.

string has only the length () method and does not have a length property, such as:

String S;

s.length (); Returns the length of S.

the length property of an array is similar to the length () method of a string, and they all refer to lengths.

However, the length property of the array is the size of the exponential group, and the length () method of the string is the lengths of the strings object.

String s= "";

System.out.println (S.length ());

will output 0;

if string=null;

System.out.println (S.length ());

Will throw an exception java.lang.NullPointerException.
