The MQ Queue Manager cannot be stopped by using the endmqm command. What should I do? |
Generally, you can use endmqm to stop the MQ queue manager. However, in some special cases, the queue manager cannot be stopped by using this command. You can manually stop the queue manager by using the following methods: 1. Use the ps command to find the queue manager that is still running.ProgramProcess ID. For example, if the queue manager is named qm1, you can use the following command:
PS-Ef | grep qm1
2. terminate any Queue Manager processes that are still running. Use the kill command to specify the ID of the process found by the ps command. (Kill-9 can be used to terminate a process that cannot be stopped ). Terminate processes in the following order:
Amqpcsea command server Amqhasmx Recorder Amqharmx log formatter (only available when using linear logs) Amqzllp0 checkpoint Processor Amqzlaa0 Queue Manager Proxy Amqzxma0 processing controller Amqrrmfa library process (used for clustering)
Manually stopping the queue manager may cause the ffst to report an error transaction and generate the FDC file in the/var/MQM/errors Directory, which can be ignored.

Or, after finding the process number, you can kill it directly.
