The terminal connects to a 3G/4G router and uses a 3G/4G network to access the Internet.

 

Troubleshoot the problem as follows:

A vro can provide multiple terminals to share the internet. When a terminal on the intranet downloads, games, movies, and other large-volume internet access applications, other users may experience slow Internet access.

You can temporarily disconnect all other terminals to ensure that only one terminal is connected to the Internet on the router, and then test whether the network speed is normal to eliminate the possibility that other terminals will occupy excessive bandwidth.

When testing the network speed, please bring the wireless terminal closer to the router and speed up when the wireless terminal finds the router signal is strong. The distance is too long, or there is a wall or other obstacle, which may affect the negotiation rate of the wireless terminal, resulting in inaccurate speed measurement.

Wireless Mouse, wireless keyboard, cordless phone, and other devices with the same frequency may interfere with the wireless network. To ensure the stable operation of the wireless router, try to avoid using these devices in the same environment.

In addition, to avoid the impact of other wireless devices, adjust the wireless channels to 1, 6, and 11 on the vro management interface, and then re-test and select a channel with less interference. As shown in the following figure:

If the above conditions are ruled out, the Internet access speed is still slow, you can try to test whether the network speed is normal on a single machine.

At the same time, check whether the problem persists. If the local 3G/4G network is unstable, the network speed may also be unstable. You can change the environment for comparative testing.
