1. Start-> Setup-> Control Panel-> Admin Tools-> Service Stop all Oracle services.

6. Start-> Setup-> Control Panel-> System-> Advanced-> Environment variable DELETE environment variable classpath and path Oracle settings

8, delete c:/program files/oracle directory
