For putty, it seems a lot of people just know download back, double-click, enter IP, and then login to use. In fact, Putty has a lot of places to set up, it can make your life easier.
Set by registry value, this is Win2k8 's
Log output
Flush log file Frequently:putty is built in to enable this option. This option turns on putty the first time the log is written to the hard disk. If you do have a lot of things to show, this may affect the efficiency of putty (to keep writing hard disk) If you do not select this option, then Putty will be written in log for a period of time.
The final setting in log is Options specific to SSH packet logging
Two options are available: ommit know password field: After the selection, Putty will not record the password-related things, the other is the omit session data: This option will not log session. Includes session data and forward (TCP, X11, authentication) in the terminal

Terminal
Terminal Master settings, basically do not need to change
Keyboard settings (keyboard) No special requirements, but also do not move the better. Bell is the same (unless you love the sound)
Let's talk about the settings inside the features. Features there is a setting that needs to be changed (I only know that this one is needed)
is Disable application keypad mode
If this is not a choice, then you in the vim of such programs, the keypad (number keys) can not be used normally. Just choose the Disable application keypad mode so the keypad can be used in vim normally.
Colours: Set the color of the terminal here. If you select the Use System colours then it is black on the white background. Do not tick this option, you can set any color you like (I usually use color to distinguish between different types of Windows) Yan set is very simple, RGB value, can be directly entered manually, you can also click Modify that button to select from the chromatography
Default foregound: Foreground color
The foreground color when the Default Bold foreground:bold
Default Background: Background color
Background color when Default Bold background:bold
Cursor text: pointer font color
Cursor Colour: Cursors color
As for the back, it is detailed that you can display a color in another color. If I give ANSI red (187,0,0) to other colors (0,255,0) then red is green. Basically, the default foreground color is the most common. It's rare to see a BT person go for a change in each color individually.
