The Recycle Bin displays drive capacity that does not match the actual

Q: Right-click the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop, select the "Properties" menu item in the pop-up right-click menu, switch to drive C﹙ or D﹚, the number shown in the "Drive Size" column is 1.99GB? But drive C clearly has 6GB, drive D has 20GB, drive E has 32GB, Why is 1.99GB only shown here?

A: This is a bug known to the Windows 98 Recycle Bin. As long as the drive partition is over 1.99GB, the Recycle Bin will only show 1.99GB, unable to tell the true size of the capacity. In other words, as long as the partitions of the hard disk are no more than 1.99GB, of course the "drive size" information in the Recycle Bin is correct.
