Since I am installing CentOS on VMware, the network setup chooses the bridging mode, which can be used on the same network as the physical machine, but the same IP is used, so you need to set up IP. Otherwise, the use of ifconfig query IP when the display is 127.0.0.1, so that the element can not be used to manipulate the connection tool.
The setup steps are as follows:
1. Enter "Setup" on the command line
2. Select the third "Network Configuration" and enter
3. Select the first one, enter
4. The first, in fact, is to choose the network card, and then enter
5. Set it to me like this.
Note that the third line by default should be an * number, and then the next four lines should be nothing, this is the default state, my above diagram is modified after the state, the cursor is switched to the position of the * number, click the space, and then the following lines can be manually set. Set to my above settings on it, the principle I am not very clear, anyway, I was set up.
6. After the setup is complete, you can save and exit the Setup interface. Of course here I just said a part of the setup, because the current study here only set this item, if there are other settings in the place I will make up
7. After the setup is complete, use the command "service network restart" To restart the network service, and then ifconfig to see if the IP address is not 127.0.0.1.
If it is still 127.0.0.1, enter the following command at the command line:
Ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.110ifconfig eth0 upifconfig
