When the Eclipse integrated Tomcat Development Web, the Java class introduced the jar package, compiled through, but started Tomcat to run the web without prompting for the class within the jar package, the following configuration is required to deploy the jar package to the integrated Tomcat environment.

Issue: In the case of the Web application right-->run as-a Run on server, the jar libraries under Java resources will not be found. It should be that the Eclipse Project did not publish the Lib Jar package in the past when it was published to Tomcat;

FIX: Right-click Web App, select properties->deployment assembly-> add->java Build path entries, select Jar and republish;
