The status indicator on the printer panel is highlighted in red. How can this problem be solved?

When the status indicator lights are red on the machine panel, follow these steps:

1. Check whether the front cover is closed

The front cover is not closed. Close the front cover.

2. Check whether the paper is correctly loaded into the paper disk.

1. Pull out the paper tray.

 

2. Before loading the paper, bend or slice the paper to separate the paper.

 
 

3. Place the printing area of the paper upwards.

 
 

4. Adjust the paper length guide plate and width guide plate so that it can touch the edge of the paper stack but will not make the paper stack bend.

 

 

5. Put the paper disk back into the machine.

 

III. The imaging device has almost reached its predicted cartridge life. We recommend that you replace the imaging device (pleaseClick hereView the video operation for replacing the imaging device ).

4. Shut down and restart.

Press and hold the power key on the machine panel to switch the host.
