1. Search and locate temporary files

Open my computer -- open drive c -- open search -- The Search Condition specifies the time to the day, and the file size should be the same as the accidental file size.

After searching, you can find the files you need.

Note: You can sort the files by time. Documents near the time of the accident are about the same size as the original document. Generally, it is in. tmp format, or you may find a file with the name "auto-recovery" and in the format of. ASD. Both files are your savior.

2. Try to restore

Run word, select File-open-select "Recover text from any text" for file type-select one of the files just now and select "open and restore" for opening"
