The RAR command processing method cannot be found after installing Linux Rarlinux

  I downloaded a file-----multiple execute command scripts. rar, is RAR compression format, want to open under Linux, so installed rarlinux-4.0.1.tar.gz, this thought very smooth, however, still can not execute RAR command.
