Finally, I was not patient and prepared to remove the CPU fan for cleaning. (There are indeed a lot of gray in the company, everything else in the chassis has been cleaned up, but this intel fan is really difficult to remove. The last time it was not removed, it never moved. This split also broke the handle. It was really depressing, I had a gray stomach .) Sure enough, there is a thick layer of gray under the fan. I blow a suck a blow, then apply the silica gel, haha, everything is done, the server is finally stable.
Ps: if the machine crashes for a period of time, the cpu may be overheated.
