Symptoms
Export to Microsoft Office Access 2007, in the Snapshot format report and select Open target file export operation after completing the option. In doing so, the report was successful. Not automatically however, the report does not open in Snapshotviewer.
Symptoms
You create an image control in a form or in a report in Microsoft Office Access 2007. However, you cannot add an image control to an image file, using one of the following formats:

WordPerfect graphics (. wpg) |
Reason
Because the preserve source image format (small file size) option is enabled for this behavior to occur. Accessed in the "Symptoms" section of the 2007 Retention image format Image control is described in.
Alternative methods
To resolve this issue, configure Access 2007 converts the image file to bitmap format. Then, and add the image to the image control. To do this, follow these steps:

Start Access for 2007 years. |

The Microsoft Office button opens in turn. |
3. |
Locate the file with the database you want to open and click Open. |

In the left pane, click the current database. |
6. |
In the Application Options group, click the Transform Bitmap (with Access 2003 and earlier) for all picture data. |

Click OK. |

Open a form or report in Design view. |

Form tool or Design tab, under the Reporting tool, click the Image icon control group. |

In the details pane, drag the position of the image control to the desired image control to display the location. |
