As we all know, the simplicity of the WPS table helps users improve their work efficiency. For example, when a user needs to multiply or divide a lot of data by the same number, it can be cumbersome to use a formula or manual modification, and a "paste-only" version of the WPS table is convenient because it has added the "operations" feature of the numeric value in its new release.

Here is an example of how to use this new feature to convert the number of dollars displayed in a report to a million display.

Step 1: Enter the number 10000 in any blank cell in the worksheet, and then copy the cell. As shown in Figure 1.

Step 2: Select the range of numbers that you want to convert to a million display (note: cannot contain a formula cell), select the Edit | paste Paste menu item, and in the Open Paste Selective dialog box, select "Value" and "Operation" as "except" (add, subtract, multiply). As shown in Figure 2.

Step 3: Click on the "OK" button, the original table of the selected data divided by 10000, changed to a million display value. As shown in Figure 3.

Summary:

The new "paste | operations" feature, added in 1.WPS Office 2005, enables mathematical operations on numerical (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and addition).
