The reason is:

The method that was originally called should be the class in the package under JDK, but in the web project it calls org. W3C. Dom under the xml-apis.jar in J2EE. (In fact, the method to be called is org. W3C. Dom under RT. Jar under JDK ).

Solution

I tried it many times. Later, we adjusted the position of JDK and J2EE in the project, that is, let JDK be on J2EE.
