1: Open a Excel2010 table.

2: Switch to the Review tab, and in the Change group, click the Share Workbook button.

3: Go to the Share Workbook dialog box, and then select the Allow multiple users to edit at the same time, Allow workbook merge check box ... Switch to the Advanced tab, and then you can set it according to your needs.

Return to Excel2010, you can see the top of the title out of a "share" hint.

Note: The workbook should be saved in a network location that allows multiple people to open the workbook.
