Description:
The SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLServer) service is set to the automatic start type, but the service cannot be started automatically after each machine is restarted, causing Manual start of the service each time.
I found the following error logs in computer logs:

Solution:
Open the Registry on the server where the CRM database is located and find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control item.
Create a value of the DWORD type named servicespipetimeout in this item, enter a value of 60000 (larger), and restart the computer to try.
