The Network icon of Win7 system shows no connection, but the actual connection is normal.

Fault symptom:

The computer has always been in normal use, but I do not know when the Network icon is not connected, but the actual Internet access is normal.



Solution:

1. Press Win + R to open the "run" window and enter services. msc;



2. Find the "Routing and remote access" service item and select "stop ";



3. Right-click in the blank area of the taskbar to bring up the Task Manager (or call out the Task Manager using other methods );



4. Stop the "Explorer" process. After the process is completed, only the wallpaper is left on the desktop, and the Start menu and taskbar disappear. Do not close the task manager;



5. In Task Manager-"file"-"new task", enter explorer and click "OK" to reload the desktop. Then, the Network icon returns to normal.



6. Follow Steps 2 and 3 to start the "Routing and Remote Access" service and complete the final work.
