The obsolete maintenance command crs _ *, 12ccrs _ in Oracle 12c RAC _

 

Crs_stat is commonly used in Oracle 10g and 11g RAC to monitor the running status of RAC. However, the crs_stat display is incomplete, so we will perform a secondary encapsulation of crs_stat to make the results look more fresh. For example:

However, it is no longer available in the Oracle Restart environment.

CRS-275: This command isnot supported in Oracle Restart environment.

In fact, from Oracle11gR2, we recommend using the crsctl command instead of the crs _ * series commands, such as crs_stat, crs_start, and crs_stop. These commands are all discarded commands.

 

In 11gR2, crsctl is recommended for replacement. However, in 12c, Oracle is hard and not supported directly in the Restart environment. In the future, 12c students will use crsctl to view resource information honestly as required by Oracle.

The crs_stat command can still be executed in RAC of Oracle12c, but it is still recommended to use crsctl instead.
