On July 22, February 12, Mozilla last week released the stable version of Firefox 29 (Aurora). In addition to a large number of interface updates, it also first embedded the account function on the Firefox browser.
The release of each official Firefox version will go through three stages of Beta testing, such as nihtly, Aurora, and Beta. Among them, sugon version is similar to alpha version, and the product is unstable, which is usually used for developers to download and test.
Firefox 29 updated the Firefox Sync service, while Firefox Sync embedded the account (Firefox Accounts) function, allowing users to create a Firefox account to carry users' Firefox settings and content with them. The account function makes it easier for Firefox Sync to synchronize passwords, bookmarks, history records, or opened pages on different devices.
The modified Firefox 29 interface emphasizes simplicity and elasticity. It re-designs the appearance of pages, and the new menu supports various of the most commonly used functions with easy-to-recognize icons.
In addition, the customization feature is improved, allowing users to arrange menus, Tool Columns, or paging locations. You can also move or remove any buttons on the browser as you like.
The Firefox 29 stable version supports Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. The official version is expected to be released in the next month.
